A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to be submitted with your application, which will be applied to your registration fee. You can take care of this by going to our web store. Just click on the link to pay the deposit or pay in full. You can even come back here later to add optionals, as long as you do so by the deadline.
Every child in the Baby to Petite Miss Divisions receives a crown,
if they don't win a division or supreme crown.
Winners in each division receive a crown and sash.
Placements are based on number of contestants: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd alternates receive small crowns (baby to petite miss divisions) or medals/sashes (little miss and up).
2 Sweetheart Titles will be awarded to the contestants who raise the money for the local charity that will be supported in this pageant:
Children's Miracle Network Hospitals (CMNH).
Crowns will be awarded to the top fundraiser in the
Baby to Petite Miss Division and the
Little to Teen Miss Division.
Winners will receive crowns and sashes.
Attire: Formal Gown
Short dresses for Baby and Tiny Divisions
Long gowns for Petite Miss and up.
Required Competition: Formal Wear
Registration includes entry into Best Dress, Prettiest Hair & Prettiest Eyes optionals.
Scores for your overall presentation, dress, hair, and eyes will be added to get your total score.
Contestants Introduction: The Petite to Teen Miss Contestants (only) will introduce themselves (20 seconds or less) on stage by saying their name, age, and share something about their faith, a favorite Bible verse or how they are a good role model to others. This introduction will be done at the end of their formal wear presentation.
Contestants must have a letter of recommendation from their pastors.
CMN Donation of $10 or more - 10% of the score.
Side Competitions:
Casual Wear of choice for $20.
Each age division winner will receive a crown and sash.
This is an optional event and will not be added to your total score.
Photogenic - $15 first entry only, with $5 per entry up to three additional

APPLICATION
EVERY CONTESTANT must give a minimum donation of $10 to the People's Choice Fundraiser, as it is 10% of your score. Anything above the minimum donation will go into consideration for the Sweetheart Title & Crown.
Checks should be made payable to CMN and are tax deductible.

After you submit the application online, you can then go to "SHOP" (found on the far right side of the top menu bar on our website) and pay through a credit card or PayPal…or you can mail in a check/money order or cash (just make sure the name is noted on her application if it is being paid under a different name).
