Contestants will compete in three phases

of competition for

Sterling Miss USA.

 Interview – Petite Miss and

Little Miss will  interview in the

round robin format for a

30 second  visit with each judge.

Pre-Teen and

Jr. Teen  will have a three

(3) minutes interview and

Teen, Miss and Ms. contestants

will have a four (4)

minute interview, each before the panel of judges.

Onstage Introduction – all contestants will

give a personal introduction after the opening

number of pageant finale. Girls should speak

no more than 30 seconds and should tell the

judges her Name, Title, and some fun things

about herself.  Suggestions are to talk about

hobbies, what she wants to be when she grows

up, what she enjoys about school,

etc.? The sky is the limit.  This is your time

to shine as you tell the judges about

“INCREDIBLE YOU”!  Don’t be shy.

Formal Wear - get ready for your

time in the spotlight as you model

that special gown that makes you feel

like a princess. All gowns for all age

divisions should be long, to the floor

gowns with appropriate shoes. For

all age divisions, the contestant must

walk the stage by herself.

The walking pattern will be provided,

with plenty of time to practice

before pageant weekend. We will also

have the stage marked, as the girls practice

on the stage during Saturday rehearsals.
